The Illinois Innocence Project works to free innocent people from Illinois prisons; educate students, the public and law enforcement about wrongful convictions; and establish policy and pass legislation to help prevent wrongful convictions.
The Illinois Innocence Project has welcomed 27 innocent men and women to freedom.
